Description of the case before and after

Mastopexy without prostheses 

This surgery allows the breast to be lifted when it is drooping.

This is the case of a woman who has been a mother twice and whose breasts sagged after breastfeeding. This surgery is performed under general anaesthetic. Patients stay overnight in the clinic and return home the next day.

Recovery is usually quick and easy, with little pain or discomfort. During the recovery period, it is advisable to wear a post-surgical bra for a month and to carry out manual lymphatic drainage to relieve any symptoms of tension and improve the quality of the scars.

When the breast is very droopy, it is necessary to perform a Mastopexy with three scars: a round one around the areola, a vertical one and a scar in the breast crease.

Scars should be treated so that they look their best. To do this, we recommend applying a scar cream, sunscreen and regular monitoring by the surgeon.
