RC-Plástica guarantees users of this website (together "Users") respect for their privacy, adopting the necessary measures to protect their personal data.

RC- Cirurgia Plástica, lda. (RC-Plástica), legal person no. 515942324, with headquarters at Urbanização Quinta da Portela, Rua O Conimbricense, lote 22.8, 5º P, Apart 852, 3030-504 Coimbra, is the entity responsible for collecting and processing Users' personal data.

The personal data collected will be processed and stored in computerised form:

  • By RC-Plastic;
  • Or its subcontractors.

They are designed to respond to your needs:

  • Requests for appointments;
  • Comments, requests for clarification and suggestions.

If you fill in the contact form on the RC-Plástica website, a set of personal data will be collected:

  • Name;
  • E-mail;
  • Telephone.

You must provide this information, otherwise we will not be able to process your enquiry/comment.

The form also has an open field where you can enter a description of the subject and/or other personal data that you have spontaneously provided.

The purpose of processing personal data within the scope of the website will be to manage contacts with Users in order to respond to requests for clarification/comments/suggestions.

To this end, the legal basis for processing personal data will be:

  • The execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
  • Or a pre-contractual diligence at the request of the data subject, as applicable.

(ii) is carried out in fulfilment of a legal obligation/court order;
(iii) a decision by the National Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority;
(iv) or to respond to requests from public or governmental authorities;
The communication is carried out to protect Users' vital interests or any other legitimate purpose provided for by law.

  • To prevent unauthorised access to data, improper use, disclosure, loss or destruction.

It is, however, your responsibility to guarantee and ensure that the computer you are using is adequately protected against harmful software, computer viruses and worms.

In addition, you should be aware that the risk of personal data and passwords being accessed by unauthorised third parties is increased without the adoption of appropriate security measures. For example:

The secure configuration of the navigation programme;
Up-to-date antivirus software;
Security barrier software;
Not using software of dubious origin.

Complaints
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission or other competent supervisory authority under the terms of the law, if they believe that the processing of their data by RC-Plástica violates the legal regime in force at any given time.
