Mastopexy without prosthesis RC1100052

Frontal image of a female patient with ptosis and breast asymmetry before the breast lift procedure without implants, and the result after one year of surgery, showing lifted breasts with improved contour through the use of her own breast tissue.
Left lateral image of a female patient showing the before and after of a breast lift without implants, showing ptosis and breast asymmetry pre-surgery and the result after one year, using her own tissue for projection.
Before and after image of a female patient, showing the left breast profile at two different moments: with ptosis and breast asymmetry before the breast lift without implants, and the result after one year, showing the improvement in symmetry and breast lift just by using the breast tissue itself.
Right lateral image of a female patient showing the right breast before and one year after a breast lift without implants, with visible correction of ptosis and asymmetry, using her own breast tissue to emphasise the projection of the breast.
Image showing the right profile of a female patient before and one year after a breast lift without implants, showing the correction of ptosis and asymmetry of the breasts, using the breast tissue itself to improve projection.
Frontal image of a female patient showing the before and after of a breast lift without implants, initially showing breast ptosis and asymmetry, and subsequently, one year after the intervention, an elevated and symmetrical appearance of the breasts with minimal scarring.
Frontal image of a female patient showing the before and after of a breast lift without implants, where we can see the correction of breast ptosis and asymmetry, with visible scars after the intervention carried out a year ago.

Description of the case before and after

Mastopexy without prostheses

All the organs in the human body age, at different rates and causing very different changes from person to person. When a breast ages, it becomes droopy and emptier. A Mastopexy is surgery to remove excess skin and lift the breast.

In this case, we can observe breast ptosis (drooping breast) and asymmetry (difference in size and shape) and the result 1 year after surgery. A Mastopexy was performed under general anaesthesia. The patient spent the night in the clinic and returned home the following day.
No breast implants were used because the volume of the breast was sufficient.

The breast tissue itself was used to give the breast projection.
