Description of the case before and after
Mastopexy without prostheses
All the organs in the human body age, at different rates and causing very different changes from person to person. When a breast ages, it becomes droopy and emptier. A Mastopexy is surgery to remove excess skin and lift the breast.
In this case, we can observe breast ptosis (drooping breast) and asymmetry (difference in size and shape) and the result 1 year after surgery. A Mastopexy was performed under general anaesthesia. The patient spent the night in the clinic and returned home the following day.
No breast implants were used because the volume of the breast was sufficient.
The breast tissue itself was used to give the breast projection.
