Mastopexy without prostheses RC2150327
Description of the case before and after
Mastopexy without prostheses
A Mastopexy is a surgery to lift the sagging breast.
In this lady's case, her breasts had sagged after several pregnancies and their appearance didn't match the rest of her body or her youthful spirit. Excess skin and only a small amount of breast tissue was removed.
The patient returned home the day after the surgery.
In the post-operative period, she wore a post-surgical bra and had several sessions of manual lymphatic drainage.
The appearance of the scars improved over time and the patient was followed up for a year. The images show the result one year after surgery.
