Mastopexy without prostheses RC7180084
Description of the case before and after
Mastopexy without prostheses
This young woman, under 30, had lost a lot of weight, resulting in a loss of breast volume.
The breast has become empty and droopy, with excess skin, stretch marks and an enlarged areola. This is a very embarrassing situation for any woman, and even more so for a young woman who has not yet had children. It often has a negative impact on their self-esteem and quality of life.
All she wanted was for her breasts not to droop, to look natural and without the appearance of surgery.
A Mastopexy is surgery to remove excess skin and lift the drooping breast. This surgery was performed under general anaesthetic and with breast-specific nerve blocks.
The patient woke up pain-free. The day after surgery, she returned home. This is the result 6 months after surgery.
We can see that the breast looks natural, the areola is proportional in size to the breast, the breast is more lifted and has more projection than it did before the surgery. The scars are cared for with specific creams to help them heal and prevent them from becoming hypertrophic.
