Description of the case before and after

Mastopexy with prostheses 

Pregnancy can cause changes in a woman's breasts, such as changes in volume and changes in skin quality. It's very common for the breast to become droopy and smaller (or emptier) after pregnancy.

This patient had already undergone a Mastopexy with prostheses before pregnancy. After two pregnancies, her breasts sagged, the areola widened and she was left with excess skin. Her wish was to improve the sagging appearance of her breasts.

In this surgery, a MastopexyThe prostheses are kept the same and a technique is used to create a kind of internal bra to support the prosthesis on the side.

The final appearance of the scars depends on several factors, but if all the recommended measures are adopted, it is possible for the scars to be disguised. In this case, you can see what they look like eight months after surgery.

Recovery after such surgery is usually quick and painless. The woman usually returns to her normal life within a week of the surgery.
