Description of the case before and after

Mastopexy with prostheses + Lipoabdominoplasty

This lady's body underwent several changes after her pregnancies that left it disproportionate and out of proportion to her age.

The breasts become droopy and hollow and the abdomen is left with excess skin and fat and stretch marks. These changes have a negative impact on a woman's self-esteem and also disrupt her personal, social and even professional life.

Plastic surgery can combine more than one procedure in the same operation in order to treat these changes that arise with pregnancy.

In the case of this patient, a Mastopexy with prostheses and a Lipoabdominoplasty.

Micro-textured, round, high-profile 360cc prostheses were used and excess skin was removed from the breast.

Excess skin was removed from the abdomen, muscle plication was performed to strengthen the abdominal wall and liposuction was performed to remove excess fat.

In total, more than 5,000 grams of fat were removed from his abdomen.

Lipoabdominoplasty scars are hidden in the navel and underwear.
