Description of the case before and after

Mastopexy with prostheses 

One of the most frequent changes after pregnancy is the loss of breast volume, accompanied by sagging and excess skin. A sagging, empty breast has a huge negative impact on a woman's self-esteem.

A Mastopexy with prostheses is the surgery that allows the breast to be lifted (Mastopexy) and increase the volume (with the prosthesis). The scars that result from this surgery depend on the amount of skin to be removed (the excess skin). It is common for women to prefer a few scars in exchange for a droopy, empty breast.

This surgery is performed under general anaesthetic. The patient stays overnight at the clinic and can return home the following day. Scar care begins immediately after surgery and continues for several months afterwards.

Patients are followed up at pre-established intervals so that the condition of the scars can be assessed and treated in the best way.

In this surgery, high-projection round implants were placed.
