Breast reduction RC1130031
Summary
Description of the case before and after
Breast reduction + Mini-lipoabdominoplasty
After her pregnancy, this woman's body underwent changes that she couldn't deal with, even though she adopted a healthy lifestyle (balanced diet, regular exercise). She complained that her breasts had become large and droopy and that she couldn't lose the fat that had accumulated in her abdomen.
The breast was treated with a reduction mammoplastyThis made it possible to lift the drooping breast, improve the symmetry (the right breast was slightly larger and more drooping) and remove some breast tissue to reduce the size of the breast (around 300 grams on one side and 200 grams on the other).
In addition to excess fat, there was a slight flabbiness in the lower abdomen. A mini-abdominoplasty (whose scar is hidden by her underwear and bikini), liposuction of the abdomen and Boodytite (a radiofrequency treatment that helps extract the skin). These two surgeries were carried out at the same time (breast and abdomen), allowing the patient to recover in one go.
The surgery was performed under general anaesthesia. The patient spent two nights in the clinic and then returned home. After these interventions, it is recommended to wear a post-surgical bra and girdle for 1 to 2 months and to lymphatic drainagedaily. This care is very important for a quick, comfortable recovery and for the best results.
The images show the result eight months after the surgery.
The results will continue to improve over the coming months.
