Breast reduction RC2312231146
Summary
Description of the case before and after
Breast reduction
This patient had a very large and droopy breast, which caused her back and shoulder pain, a lot of itching in the breast crease, a lot of difficulty choosing clothes and a lot of limitations in her day-to-day activities, especially when it came to exercising.
A reduction mammoplasty is the surgery that treats breast hypertrophy. The images show the result one month after surgery.
Despite the short recovery time, the patient reports a very significant improvement in all the complaints she had before the surgery and an improvement in her quality of life.
We can see a natural result that harmonises with her body. You can see how much the breast has risen when you compare the position of the areola in relation to the patient's navel.
In this case, around 700 grams of breast tissue were removed from the right side and around 600 grams from the left side, to improve symmetry and still a large amount of skin.
