Breast reduction RC2220028
Description of the case before and after
Reduction mammoplasty
All women with breasts that are too big and heavy complain of pain in the neck, shoulders or back. The weight of the breast can also cause other changes, such as excessive perspiration in the breast crease (under the breast), sometimes even causing changes in the skin, which becomes red, sore and chapped. In addition to these physical complaints, a very large breast also causes significant emotional changes, such as lower self-esteem and sometimes problems with personal relationships. It is also associated with difficulty in choosing clothes and difficulty in exercising.
A reduction mammoplasty is surgery to reduce the size and weight of the breast and lift the breast.
In this case, a reduction of around 700 grams was carried out on each side, so that the patient could benefit from a reduction in the weight of her breast while maintaining a size that was proportional to the rest of her body.
The images show the result three months after surgery. The appearance of the scars depends on the quality of the skin before surgery, the surgical technique and aftercare.
