Breast augmentation RC6060018
Description of the case before and after
BREAST AUGMENTATION
This young woman had naturally shaped breasts, but after her pregnancy she lost volume and wanted them to be bigger. She wanted to increase their size while maintaining their natural appearance, i.e. without the upper part of the breast being too rounded.
During the consultation, the characteristics of your breast were analysed (size, width, height, position on the chest, symmetry, differences between left and right, position of the areola) and a 3D simulation was carried out to explain how the surgery is performed, what the possibilities are and what the difficulties of this surgical intervention are.
In line with the patient's expectations, round, high-profile, micro-textured, ultra-lightweight prostheses were used, with a volume of 410cc but weighing only 304 grams. The prostheses were placed through the breast crease. This technique allows the scar to remain in a natural fold of the body and is only visible if the woman lifts the breast. The subfascial technique was used, which helps prevent the upper part of the breast from becoming too rounded.
The images show the result three months after the surgery.
