Breast augmentation RC4240382
Description of the case before and after
BREAST AUGMENTATION - SUBMUSCULAR
There are many breast augmentation. The choice of the most appropriate technique for each patient depends on several factors: the type of result desired, the characteristics of the breast and the surgeon's experience.
This is the clinical case of a patient with developmental breast hypoplasia, i.e. the breast didn't develop fully and didn't reach a size proportional to her body.
This patient wanted a larger breast, proportional to her body and with a natural look. One way to give the breast a natural look is to place the prosthesis behind the muscle. In this case, a technique called a muscle loop was also used, which allows the muscle to help support the prosthesis.
Round, nanotextured, high-profile prostheses with 400cc were used.
The prostheses were placed through the areola, which allows it to be concealed because the colour of the areola is darker than the surrounding skin.
