Breast augmentation RC2892268
Description of the case before and after
BREAST AUGMENTATION
It is very common for the breasts to become empty and droopy after pregnancy. These changes to the breast often cause a woman's self-esteem to diminish, sometimes disrupting her personal relationships and regularly affecting her choice of clothing.
These complaints are very common. And all too often they are neglected or undervalued by others, who don't realise the significant negative impact they have on a woman's life and mental health.
A Breast augmentation is the surgery that enlarges and replenishes the volume of the breast, improves body proportions, allows women to choose the clothes they want and gives them back their lost confidence.
In this case, we can see an empty breast (breast hypotrophy), with excess skin. In these situations, where the skin has sagging characteristics, lighter than usual silicone prostheses can be used.
The great advantage of these prostheses is that the weight exerted on the skin is less and in the long term, the breast should sag less. The prostheses were placed through the areola. The scar goes unnoticed because it's in an area where the skin changes colour (between the areola and the skin of the breast).
Technique: subfascial (to avoid the "ball" effect in the upper part of the breast). Round implants, high projection, volume 410cc (and weight 304 gr).
