Breast augmentation RC200186
Description of the case before and after
BREAST AUGMENTATION
Empty, unprojecting breasts are a very common consequence of pregnancy. These changes have a negative effect on a woman's self-esteem.
A Breast augmentation is a surgery that consists of placing breast implants to increase the size of the breast.
This surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. Patients return home the day after surgery.
Recovery is usually quick and less painful than most women imagine. Recovery varies greatly from patient to patient, but in most cases a woman will be able to return to a normal social and personal life after 7 days and to driving after 10 days.
Physical exercise is restricted during the initial recovery period, and women should avoid high-intensity, fast-paced exercises (e.g. jumping jacks), but they can resume light exercise in the gym the week after surgery.
In these cases, round, high-projection, nano-textured 355cc prostheses were used. The prostheses were placed through the breast crease, in the subfascial plane.
This technique makes it possible to avoid the "ball effect" in the upper part of the breast, with a smoother neckline.
You can see the results 4 months after the surgery. With proper care, the scars are almost unnoticeable.
