Description of the case before and after

This lady complained that her belly had undergone many changes after her pregnancies. She complained of stretch marks, flabbiness and excess skin and fat. Even with a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet and regular exercise, these changes did not improve. These changes have a negative impact on a woman's health.

The treatment consisted of a abdominoplasty with liposuction. Not all cases are eligible for this type of procedure, i.e. it is not always possible to perform liposuction on a large volume of fat during the abdominoplasty. In this patient's case, around 2000 grams of skin and fat were removed and a further 3000 millilitres of fat were liposuctioned.

This surgery was performed under general anaesthesia. After this type of surgery, it is very important to wear a compression girdle, carry out manual lymphatic drainage and apply healing creams, so that the result can be as good as possible. In these images we can see the result four months after the surgery.
