Description of the case before and after

BREAST AUGMENTATION

Developmental breast hypoplasia is an alteration in the formation of the breast that is characterised by small growth, resulting in a small breast that is disproportionate to the rest of the woman's body. It is a common condition that can be treated by a procedure called breast augmentation.

This surgery used round, high-projection, nano-textured breast implants with 315cc. A subfascial technique was used and the prostheses were placed through a scar in the breast crease.

The surgery was performed under general anaesthetic and the patient returned home the day after the operation. Recovery is usually quick and painless.

In these images we can see the result three months after the surgery.
