Description of the case before and after

Abdominoplasty + Back liposuction

It's often said that age is a state of mind. This was the case with this patient, who felt that her body didn't match her youthful spirit.

Her main complaints were excess fat in the abdominal area and on her back. In the same surgery, a abdominoplastyA back liposuction to remove excess skin and fat from the abdominal area and a back liposuction to remove excess fat from the lower back and the area below the bra (also known as a "back roll").

This surgery treats the entire circumference of the torso (360º), improving the silhouette, the transition between the lower back and buttocks and the abdominal area. Around 1500cc of fat were removed from the abdominal area and around 2500cc of fat were liposuctioned from the back.

This surgery was performed under general anaesthesia. The patient returned home after two days in the clinic. During the recovery period, she wore a compression and abdomen-modelling girdle and underwent manual lymphatic drainage.
